David Warshawsky, Ph.D. - Chairman of the Board

Dr. Warshawsky has extensive international experience and a proven track record in the development, implementation and management of business operations in the biotech and bioinformatics industries. He has founded and served in a number of management roles at companies engaged in the development of life sciences databases, pharmaceutical products, or investing in the life sciences industry. Prior to moving into the business world, David was engaged in academic research in life sciences. During his research career, David conducted diverse work in the fields of tissue specific gene programs and organogenesis, X-chromosome inactivation and brain and visual system development and has published major discoveries in top tier journals. From 1996-1999 he was a research fellow at Harvard and Harvard Medical School. David earned his Ph.D. in Molecular Biology in 1995 from the University of Illinois at Chicago and his B.Sc. in Biology from Tel Aviv University in 1991.


Kenneth S. Elsner, Esq. - Director of US Operations and CFO

Kenneth S. Elsner has fifteen years of experience as an attorney and CFO at various settings. Prior to his role in XenneX, Kenneth was in private practice where he served as general counsel for several startup companies. Kenneth also served as General Counsel and CFO of Gem Gravure Company, Inc., a multi-million dollar manufacturing company, as well as several early stage ventures. Kenneth Elsner holds a J.D from Boston University School of Law.


Yaron Golan, MBA - Director of Global Operations and CTO

Yaron Golan has over fifteen years of experience in developing new software based technologies, managing projects and overseeing technology platforms at various organizations. Yaron co-founded and was senior executive with three start-up companies in Hong Kong, Israel and Boston, as well as a project manager at Valor Computerized Systems Ltd and project manager with the Israeli Defense Forces. Yaron Golan holds an MBA from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
